Mindcrack UHC combines multiplayer survival and PvP with a specialized Mod that modifies the following:

- you don't regenerate health automatically
- golden apples now require ingots instead of nuggets
- regeneration potions require a gold block
- a few other minor tweaks (tab shows health, keeps track of time for episodes, etc) less
