In Assassin's Creed III, time is almost up for both Desmond Miles and the world in Assassin's Creed 3. Continuing to the story built up in the previous games, this action-adventure game once again follows the history of the shadowy Assassin-Templar war. This time the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 video game brings players to revolutionary America and reveals the further secret history of the game's universe. Connor Kenway, another ancestor of Desmond, provides further clues as to how to save the world as Desmond relives important moments from his life and learns further lessons of the Assassin order. Assassin's Creed III builds upon lessons learned from the previous games and streamlines the free-running and climbing systems for easier movement through the various environments of the game. As with its predecessors, the action-adventure game places an equal emphasis on both stealth and combat to give players a choice with how to approach a situation, though stealth is favored by the nature of the game. In addition to a new setting and ancestor, the Xbox 360 and PS3 video game brings with it new weapons and outfit designs to suit the new era while still maintaining a style consistent with the previous ones.
