As I turn fifty this year (October, 2014), health & fitness are becoming more important in my life.
These videos document my attempts at maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Currently I eat a diet of about 80% whole foods. As for the other 20%, I love meat & dairy, but eat very small portions. I try to avoid processed foods and sugar.
For fitness, I'm into running, cycling, swimming, surfing, and I have a passion for outdoor thrill-seeking adventures. less
