125 planted tank, 125 planted aquarium I bought off of my man Jackson who bought it in college. He sold it to me cheap when he was on his way to Australia. 6 foot 125 planted tanks stop people when they come over. I love this tank. This aquarium has been setup with a Dirt substrate for 8 years and is still rolling along well. I have ran this as a high tech planted aquarium for awhile with CO2 and adding fertilizers. I have got away from that and find that a Low Tech Aquarium in the family room is much easier and makes my wife happier. There is certainly some thing special about the 6 foot wide aquarium, and this tank fills that special spot for me. I used to have a couch that I put directly in front of it. Now I just move a small chair from the kitchen. This 125 has almost always housed Angel fish since I set it up.
