The 101 Series was recorded at the beginning of 2012 at Drum Channel studios in Oxnard, CA, USA. The freeway that I drove to Drum Channel every day (for months as I interned and consulted there) was the 101 freeway. "101" usually also signifies a first chapter or subject in terms of tertiary education, and since this was my first ever series recorded in America, I thought it was quite fitting. less
