We're checking out part 1 of some Alpha Gameplay for Oxygen Not Included, a space colony style of game, only instead of being on the surface of an unknown planet, we're far underground. With no knowledge of how we got there, we need to dig our way back up to the surface (supposedly) while taking care to have plenty of oxygen, water, and food and also conducting research so that we can use more advanced technologies. The oxygen problem is the most difficult, since we're caught in an area with only so much air pressure, and our colonists breathe CO2, we've got to constantly try to balance the gases that we emit. There's also the fact that water can be scarce and is needed for just about everything. How long can we keep our colony alive before we meet a potentially inevitable demise thanks to the lack of one necessity or the other?
