Pokémon Emerald is easily my favorite gen 3 game... given this I wanted to try my FIRST egglocke with it! From what I've played so far, egglockes are so much fun! Many of YOU sent me eggs, and hopefully I will encounter nearly all of them by the end of this LP! I hope y'all enjoy!

What is an egglocke?
This is a nuzlocke variant in which YOU the viewers send ME eggs that I could possibly use in the LP! Each time I catch a wild Pokémon, I substitute it for an egg, then level that egg up to that of the pokémon just replaced (using a Rare Candy code)

What is a nuzlocke?
A nuzlocke is a challenging way to play a Pokémon game with a set of rules (these can be changed, although these are the rules WE will be playing with)

~ You may only catch the FIRST Pokémon you encounter in each area (usually divided by routes with few exceptions)

~ Once a Pokémon faints, it is considered DEAD, and must be deposited into a death box in your PC

~ All Pokémon are to be nicknamed to establish a closer meaning between the trainer and its Pokémon

~ If all members of your party faint on a battle, it is considered "Game Over", as you lose the nuzlocke challenge

~ Shiny Clause: If you encounter a shiny Pokémon, you can catch it

~ Dupes Clause: If you encounter a Pokémon you already HAVE (alive or dead), it does NOT count as an encounter less
